About Riley

Everyone deserves a place to feel understood and accepted unconditionally. My top priority as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive space for my clients to work through and overcome challenges they are facing. Building trust with your therapist is key to embarking on your journey of growth and self-discovery. Compassion and empathy are core to who I am, and I bring these attributes to each session to develop an authentic connection with my clients. Whether you are struggling with trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, grief and/or loss, I’m here to work with individuals and couples in the healing process.
